THE COMPANY
The Company got incorporated in the year 2005 on a green field project for establishing a Mini Integrated Steel Plant. The unit/site is centrally located in India in Rajnandgaon District of Chhattisgarh state near Mumbai – Howrah highway and Railway line, spread over more than 400 acres. The unit is an ISO certified company having its own Sponge Iron plant, Steel Melting Shop, with Captive Cogeneration Power to meet the power requirements & Solar Power Plant.
MANUFACTURING SET UP
The existing installed capacity consisting production of
- Sponge Iron 350 MT x 2 Kiln : 231000 MT per annum.
- Steel/Billet 2 x 15 T Induction Furnace : 72,000 MT per annum
- Captive Power generation : 16 MW
- Solar Power : 3 x 100 KW
The Company has further expansion plans to multiply the above capacity, along with Pellet Plant, Coal Washery, Rolling Mill and special steels.
